Kristina and Mike came to our team at Outdoor Thrills Van Co. with a vision for a premium four-season camper van designed for long-term travel, mountain adventures, and comfortable off-grid living. Their goal was to create a custom van conversion that blended the comforts of home with the freedom to explore year-round.
Built for Adventure & Everyday Living
This custom camper van build was designed around functionality, comfort, and clean modern aesthetics. To maximize living space, we incorporated a double east-west bed layout, creating a more open interior while still offering a comfortable sleeping setup for two.
Below the bed, we designed a dedicated garage storage area complete with a custom bike drawer system, making it easy for Kristina and Mike to securely store adventure gear while keeping the interior organized and clutter-free.
Off-Grid Power & Four-Season Capability
Because this van was built for all-season travel across Canada and beyond, reliable off-grid capability was essential. We equipped the build with a powerful 10kW EcoFlow electrical system, giving them the ability to comfortably run appliances, lighting, climate control, and work equipment without compromise.
To handle colder climates and shoulder-season camping, we installed efficient 12V underfloor heating for consistent warmth throughout the van, along with a Dometic air conditioning system to stay comfortable during hot summer adventures.

For long-term travel convenience, we integrated a full indoor bathroom complete with a shower and composting toilet, allowing for comfortable off-grid living no matter where the road leads.
